Organizing Power Volume 1 is a 20-page Risograph-printed booklet designed to provide arts/nonprofit workers with tools to organize a union at their workplace.

The booklet text was adapted from online resources with additional writing by Jessalyn Aaland, Ana Fox-Hodess, and Nat Naylor. Illustrations were contributed by Tanna Tucker. The booklet was designed and printed by Paul Morgan.
