DATE: Sunday, July 2, 2023
TIME: Meet 8:00 AM, Roll 8:30 AM from Union Station using Orange County Metrolink; Roll 9:40 AM from Tustin Station
START LOCATIONS: Los Angeles Union Station and Tustin Metrolink Station
END LOCATIONS: Irvine Metrolink Station and Los Angeles Union Station
MASTER PLANNED UTOPIA
This is a formal notification of a 45-mile long, 1,600-foot high suburban inspection of the largest master-planned community in America. The purpose of this inspection is to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life for the idyllic utopia of suburbia. Please plan accordingly as there will be many white picket fences. Lights, bike, and lawnmowers all highly recommended.
Be aware that this inspection’s rolling time is a hard deadline as this is when our Orange County Metrolink train will depart Union Station. The inspection will commence at Tustin Metrolink Station if you would rather meet us there. We will stop for a union-mandated lunch break in the middle of the inspection before ending the ride at Irvine Metrolink Station at 6:21 PM to go straight back to Union Station. The Bureau highly recommends downloading the official Metrolink app to easily purchase digital train tickets.
