DOWN THE WASTE STREAM

This is a formal notification of a 29-mile long, 2,200-feet high waste management inspection of selected Department of Sanitation facilities. The purpose of this inspection is to see analyze the end result of holiday consumption patterns. Please plan accordingly as there will be many garbage mounds to climb. Lights, bike, and trash bags all highly recommended.
