This is a formal notification of a 20-mile amphibious inspection of the North America's largest man-made small-craft harbor. The purpose of this inspection is to evacuate from the land to the sea during the heat wave. Please plan accordingly as there will be multiple embarkations and disembarkations. Lights, bike, and life preserver all highly recommended.
