This is a formal notification of a 27-mile long, 500-feet high local government inspection of selected civic centers of the 88 cities of Los Angeles County. The purpose of this inspection is to find out who runs this place. Please plan accordingly by preparing a public comment for each city council. Lights, bike, and multiple senses of civic pride all highly recommended.
