Asian pear mojito:
• 1 part light rum
• 1 part asian pear simple syrup
• 1 sparkling water
• Freshly squeezed lime juice
• Garnished with limes and mint
Super dry rice beer:
• 15 lbs 2-row barley
• 5 lbs flaked rice
• 1 lbs toasted rice
• 2 oz Perle hops
• American ale yeast
