Zombo Italiano

Negroni:
• 1 part gin
• 1 part campari
• 1 part sweet vermouth
• Garnished with orange peel

Light LA ale:
• 20 lbs 2-row barley
• 2 oz Chinook hops
• American ale yeast

Bellini:
• 1 part champagne
• 1 splash peach puree
