Menu for an event organized by WCCW’s 2019 summer interns Nyala Carbado and Nadinne Natalia to fundraise for SÜPRMARKT’s Keep Slauson Fresh campaign. SÜPRMARKT is an organization working to end food deserts in South Los Angeles by providing low cost organic produce. To support them with their campaign, we will be cooking a plant-based Ethiopian dinner with ingredients purchased through SÜPRMARKT.
